Schoolz provides digital tools and coordinated transportation operations connecting schools, families, transport teams, and certified captains. Specific service parameters are defined in your individual family package or institutional agreement.

2. Accounts & Authorized Access
Users must provide accurate registration details and maintain the security of their login credentials. Parents and schools are responsible for updating student pickup details and guardian authorizations promptly.

3. Roles & Mutual Responsibilities
Schoolz is committed to providing vetted captains, timely communications, and synchronized platform data. Parents ensure students are ready at scheduled pickup times, and schools facilitate smooth campus arrivals.

4. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing
Subscription fees, billing frequencies, payment schedules, and renewal terms are clearly stated upon registration or contract execution. Services are activated upon confirmation of valid payment.

5. Acceptable Use & Conduct
Users must treat captains, operations staff, and fellow passengers with respect and courtesy. Any disruptive behavior, misuse of the software platform, or compromised student safety may result in immediate service suspension.

The handling of all personal and student data is strictly governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.
