How to Delete Your Account

Submit a Deletion Request

Fill out the form below with your registered email address and phone number. We need this information to verify your identity and locate your account.

Verification Process

Our team will verify your identity within 2-3 business days. You may receive a verification email or SMS to confirm your request.

Account Deactivation

Once verified, your account will be deactivated immediately. You will no longer be able to log in or access any services.

Data Deletion

Your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Your personal profile information (name, email, phone number, address)
Your children's information and school details
Trip history and location data
Payment methods and billing information
App preferences and settings
Communication history and notifications
Photos and documents uploaded to your account

Data That May Be Retained

Transaction records required for accounting and tax purposes (retained for 7 years as per legal requirements)
Anonymized usage data for analytics and service improvement
Records related to legal disputes or investigations
Backup data that will be deleted during the next scheduled backup cycle (within 90 days)
Information required to prevent fraud or abuse of our services

Important Notes

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all services and data.
If you have an active subscription, it will be canceled immediately. No refunds will be issued for unused time.
If you have outstanding payments, you must settle them before we can process your deletion request.
If you are a school administrator, you must transfer ownership or delete all associated school accounts first.
After deletion, you can create a new account with the same email address, but your previous data will not be recoverable.
